Mandatory Ad Placement Services
Two (2) Sunday print ads must be placed in a newspaper of general circulation in the geographic area of the proposed place of employment between 30 days and 180 days prior to application filing. Employers may substitute one national journal ad for one Sunday newspaper ad where the position requires experience and/or an advanced degree

Prior to each ad running, our team will find the correct paper and quote your ad as specified. Once everything is approved by you we will place and proof all ads based on DOL exact specifications. After each ad has run our team will collect all necessary screenshots and tear sheets. All clients are given real time online access to all of their documents and hard copies can be requested at any time.
We can bill employers directly which frees law firms from endless and costly accounting overhead. Online payment is also available, as well as credit card payment via fax, email, phone, or direct to employer billing so the law firm doesn’t have to manage excess accounting.
